Verified by design. Supervisors’ licenses are checked by hand against the state’s public license lookup before they appear, every member confirms their email, and anyone can add an optional ID check. We keep only a pass or fail result and never store ID images. How we verify.
That’s why we welcome potential trainees, people who haven’t started courses yet, and why our start-here guide recommends lining up a supervisor before or while you study.
It works like a matchmaking site crossed with a job board, just for home inspectors. Trainees and licensed supervising inspectors build profiles, we suggest matches, and contact details are only shared when both sides agree.
What we promise
- No fake listings. Every profile and opening is added by the person or firm it describes.
- Sourced rules. State information links to the official board and the source we used. If we couldn’t confirm something with the state’s rules, we mark it as not yet confirmed and never guess.
- Private by default. Your email and phone stay hidden until you accept a match.
- Clear ads. Sponsors are always labeled.
Inspector Supervisor Match is an independent site. It is not affiliated with any state licensing agency or home inspector association.
