Pricing
Supervisors try it free for 14 days. Trainees and potential trainees (people who haven’t started courses yet) are free for their first 90 days. Every plan includes one home state, and you can add more states or metro areas any time.
Current trainees and potential trainees who haven’t started courses
$5/mo
Free for your first 90 days, then $5/mo. Residential or commercial.
Licensed home inspectors (or association-certified where there is no license)
$15/mo
14-day free trial, then $15/mo. Cancel any time.
Licensed inspectors who do commercial property inspections
$25/mo
14-day free trial, then $25/mo. Cancel any time.
Commercial costs more because commercial supervisors and trainees are rarer and the market is smaller. Trainee and potential-trainee pricing is the same for residential and commercial.
