Home inspector training rules in Puerto Rico
We checked each item against Puerto Rico’s official sources. Anything we couldn’t confirm is marked in amber; we never guess.
| State license or registration | Not yet confirmed with an official source, check the official link. We found no state law that licenses or registers home inspectors here, so no state education, exam or supervised-inspection rules apply. Training with an experienced inspector is voluntary. Law 93 of 2006 only requires real estate brokers to tell buyers that an inspection by a licensed professional is advisable. Separate “Inspector Autorizado” rules cover permit inspections, not home purchase inspections. What we checked |
